1General Terms & Conditions

A333 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and entertainment service operated for registered users in Bangladesh and select other countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the a333.one website and mobile application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between a333 and the user. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

A333 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on a333 and use any of our services, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may register one account only.

• All transactions must be made using a mobile banking account (Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your name.
• Registering with fake or someone else's identity will result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

After registration, a333 may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. This may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other documents. a333 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests if KYC is not completed.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on a333 must be made using a registered mobile banking account. Currently supported payment methods are Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200.
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000 (subject to change based on account verification level).
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support within 24 hours.
• A333 does not charge any deposit fees; however, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.

4Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawals of winnings from a333:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used at registration.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes, up to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• A333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

A333 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus guidelines are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit. Minimum wagering requirement: 10x.
• Daily Check-In Bonus: A small bonus is credited for logging in daily; valid for 24 hours.
• Cashback Offer: Cashback is paid at a set rate based on your net weekly losses.
• Referral Bonus: Referring a friend adds a bonus to both accounts; the bonus activates once the referred friend makes their first deposit.

If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, fake referrals, or bonus arbitrage — all bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited from the accounts involved.

6Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software.
• If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
• Live bets placed after an event has started cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Each game has a maximum bet limit; bets exceeding that limit will not be accepted.

In the event of any dispute over game outcomes on a333, the system record shall be considered final. Gaming software logs will always take precedence.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a333 platform:

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual or household.
• Attempting to transfer a bonus balance before meeting the bonus terms.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through the platform.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Spreading false information or attempting to damage the reputation of a333.

8Account Suspension & Closure

A333 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of any breach of these terms.
• Failure to verify your identity or providing false information.
• In cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• By order of a government authority or regulatory body.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any withdrawable balance will be returned before closure; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

9Responsible Gaming

A333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be posted on the website before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between a333 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written discussions.
